Clear about where your data goes

What we do today, stated plainly. Each company’s data is kept separate.

The API runs on Google Cloud in Mumbai (asia-south1). Card images sit in private storage behind signed links that expire. Passwords are stored hashed, traffic uses HTTPS and sign-in tokens stay in the phone’s secure storage. AI clean-up and company intel send card details to cloud AI providers. You can also delete your account on the website; details are in the Privacy Policy.

Questions about the features

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. Contact Convoy is an Android app on Google Play. The website is used to sign in and manage your company plan.

Does running AI clean-up again use another Card Credit?

No. Each new card you save uses one Card Credit. Running AI clean-up again on a card does not use another one. The Free plan includes 30 AI clean-ups a month.

Are thank-you emails sent automatically?

No. You send each one from the lead’s card, using one of three templates you can edit first. Starter includes 50 a month and Pro 200.

Can other companies see our exhibitions?

No. Exhibitions you create are private to your company. Contact Convoy is not a public exhibition directory.

Can employees see each other’s cards?

No. Employees see only the cards they scanned. Admins and co-admins see every card in the company.

What happens to a salesperson’s cards when they leave?

The cards belong to your company account. An admin can move the person’s cards and meeting history to a colleague in one step, change the member’s email, and deactivate the login. Each action appears in the team activity log.

Does the app work without internet?

Text recognition runs on the phone. If you have no connection when you save, the scan is kept on the phone and uploads when you are back online. AI clean-up and company intel need a connection.
