Every new card your team saves uses one of your plan’s monthly Card Credits. Unused monthly credits don’t carry over.
Once this month’s allowance is used up, each new card takes one top-up credit instead, so scanning doesn’t stop mid-event.
Top-up credits stay on your company account until they are used, including after your plan renews or you upgrade.
Top-ups are one-time purchases with a GST invoice. Once added they are non-refundable, as set out in our refund policy.

A one-time purchase for a month, a quarter or a year. There is no mandate and no automatic charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Buying the same plan again before it ends adds the new period on top of the time you have left.
Moving up to a higher plan starts its new period on the day you pay.
If you don’t buy again, the plan ends at its expiry date (after a short grace period) and your company moves to Free. Your cards stay.
A subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Google bills you and manages renewals.
Google charges you at the start of each period. Cancel any time in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then ends.
If a renewal payment fails, Google retries it. Your plan keeps working while Google retries.
If the payment still fails, Google puts the subscription on hold and paid features pause until you fix the payment in Google Play. If it isn’t fixed, the subscription ends and your company moves to Free.

Yes, for website purchases. A R ENTERPRISE (GSTIN 24GETPP7285F1ZQ) issues a GST tax invoice for every plan and top-up paid on the website. It is emailed to your company’s admins and listed in the app under Billing & invoices. Website prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. For purchases made in the Android app, Google Play charges you and sends the receipt.
If you subscribed in the Android app, cancel in Google Play: open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Contact Convoy and tap Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Website purchases are one-time payments that never renew, so there is nothing to cancel: the plan simply ends at its expiry date unless you buy again.
Plan fees and top-up credits are non-refundable once the period has started or the credits have been added, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and did not get your plan or credits, email support@contactconvoy.in within 7 days of the payment. Google Play purchases are refunded through Google Play. Full details are in our Cancellation & refunds policy.

Not by yourself. Self-service downgrades are not available: you can renew your current plan, upgrade to a higher one, or buy top-up credits. If a plan ends without renewal, the company moves to the Free plan.
