What are Card Credits? (and how to never run out mid-expo)
Contact Convoy bills per company, not per seat. Usage is metered with Card Credits — similar to AI tokens, but tied to real cards your team saves to the cloud.
One credit = one new card saved
When a scan is stored on your company account (after OCR and save), it consumes one Card Credit for that billing period. Re-editing an existing contact does not burn another credit.
Monthly allowance by plan
- Free: 30 Card Credits / month
- Starter: 160 Card Credits / month
- Pro: 350 Card Credits / month
Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. See Terms §2 for full rules.
Top-ups without changing plan
Need a heavy exhibition week? Buy packs at ₹0.40 per credit (plus 18% GST at checkout). Example: 100 credits ≈ ₹40 base + GST.
Warnings before you hit zero
The app can warn near 80% usage. At 100%, new saves may pause until you upgrade, top up, or the next cycle starts.
